Fall 2024 Spay and Neuter Fundraiser

Help make a difference in the lives of Mexican street dogs

On October 26 and 27, 2024, we are supporting SOS el Arca and The Snoopi Project in their tremendous efforts to offer free spay and neuter clinics in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Many local dog and cat owners cannot afford to sterilize their pets. Offering sterilization services for free goes a long way in helping to control the unwanted pet population living on the streets.

Our aim is to spay or neuter 300 animals. To achieve our goal, we need your support! Just $30 covers the cost of one sterilization. Your contribution can help make a real difference in the community.

DONATE TODAY! You can easily donate by etransfer to [email protected] or clicking on the donation button below (include "TSP clinic" in the message box). A $30 donation covers one sterilization. Donations over $20 are eligible for a tax receipt.

Spay and neuter clinic fundraising goal

Spaying and neutering are crucial for controlling the pet population and ensuring a healthier environment for both animals and humans. In Playa del Carmen, the stray animal population is a growing concern. These animals often face harsh conditions, including hunger, disease, and injury. By spaying and neutering, we can prevent the birth of unwanted litters, reducing the number of animals that end up on the streets.

Moreover, sterilization has significant health benefits for pets. It can prevent certain types of cancers and other health issues, leading to longer, healthier lives. It also reduces aggressive behaviors and the urge to roam, making pets safer and happier.

Our rescues know how hard street life can be

Supporting our spay and neuter campaign means contributing to a humane and sustainable solution to the stray animal crisis. Your donation will directly impact the lives of these animals, giving them a chance at a better life.

Every dollar counts, and together, we can make a lasting difference. Please consider donating today and help us create a brighter future for the animals of Playa del Carmen. Thank you for your generosity and support.
