Rigo is a 3-year-old American Village Dog (a 75 lb shepherd mix from Mexico City). He’s an amazing companion—loyal, affectionate, and always close to his people. He is the most loveable cuddly big guy, and is happiest with free rein to run around.
At home, he’s very calm and laid back, and loves lots of cuddles. At the same time, he has a playful, goofy side that comes alive the moment he hears the word “walk.” He enjoys adventures and activity but also has an excellent off-switch indoors.
Rigo’s personality and temperament is what we love the most about him. He is highly trainable.
Once you are part of Rigo’s pack, he is forever loyal.
Behaviour:
In his early life he lived with two other dogs just fine, and he has played at doggy daycare for many years.
His ideal home:
Rigo needs an experienced and confident dog owner who wants to take him on adventures and outdoors often. He would thrive with plenty of land to explore, and a calm household to activate his “off switch” when he comes in.
He loves following his person, hiking, swimming, even just driving in the car. If he’s with you, he’s happy.
